We welcome partnerships with a wide range of organizations committed to advancing economic development, healthcare, education, equity, and other vital needs in Syria and Lebanon.
Partnering with Ma3 Ba3d expands the reach of your work and goals to a community of individuals deeply passionate about Syria and Lebanon. Through our application process, we help match passionate diaspora to your organization’s needs. Our matching process ensures the best talent and skills, which can help your organization exceed its mission.
Our Process
Step 1
We meet with an organization representative to learn about its mission, goals, and values, as well as to explore available roles and the skills and qualities they seek in candidates.
Step 2
Organizations will fill out our detailed Partner Organization Registration form, which will help Ma3 Ba3d match talent on your behalf.
Step 3
Prospective partner organizations will sign our Partnership Agreement.
Step 4
We will then add the role to our consolidated application, releasing the application to our pool of interested candidates. Once we close the application, the Ma3 Ba3d team will conduct an internal review, matching talent to available roles across all our partner organizations.
Step 5
We will then present the applicants we have matched to our partner organizations, which will have the opportunity to do a final review of the candidates. Our partners will have the final word on whether the candidates we present will be accepted.
Step 6
Based on our partner’s final say, we will inform candidates of their decision. They will then begin their program with the organization while remaining part of the Ma3 Ba3d cohort. Ma3 Ba3d will conduct a pre-program orientation for interns, taking into account organization preferences on content and workshop material.
Step 7
Following the conclusion of the program, we will invite our partner to complete a survey about the matched intern. This will help us improve programming moving forward.
