Sanad Youth Foundation for Development empowers youth to unlock their full potential and create a brighter tomorrow by leveraging resources and forging impactful partnerships.

Internships at Sanad Youth Foundation for Development are fully remote or Hybrid in Damascus, Syria and require a commitment of 8-12 hours per week.

A Back-end Development Intern is sought to support the design, development, and maintenance of reliable backend systems, translating technical and business requirements into high-quality software solutions. You’ll collaborate closely with mentors and stakeholders, assist with testing, debugging, and code reviews, and help improve existing systems while learning industry best practices such as RESTful API design, microservices architecture, and technical documentation.

Syria Talent aims to transform Syria's human capital into a force for recovery by building a skilled, empowered workforce that meets the evolving needs of the humanitarian, development, and private sectors.

Internships at Syria Talent are fully remote and require a commitment of 2–4 hours per week.

Interns support social media management and proposal writing, requiring clear, persuasive communication and the ability to explain complex ideas simply and compellingly.

Syrian Society for Social Development aims to provide an effective response to the needs and challenges of Syrian youth, with a special focus on the marginalized, through a pro-social approach.

Internships at SSSD are Hybrid in Damascus, Syria and require a commitment of 12-16 hours per week.

Interns will help conduct research, working with the association’s team to support studies and initiatives, contributing to the development of research tools and methodologies. The role involves collaborative research, tool development, and applying prior humanitarian insights to support the organization’s mission.
